This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming membership inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Assist in enhancing speed-to-lead by swiftly addressing new inquiries and arranging discussions with potential members.
• Conduct initial discovery discussions to gauge prospective members’ needs, priorities, and interest in Sollis’ services.
• Inform prospective members about Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership advantages.
• Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for suitable membership options.
• Collaborate with senior Membership Directors on intricate or high-touch member discussions.
• Keep precise and timely records of outreach, follow-ups, and activities in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities upon request, if located in one of Sollis’ markets.
• Work in partnership with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide insights on lead quality, member inquiries, and common objections to enhance sales processes and marketing materials.
• Represent Sollis in a professional and empathetic manner during member-facing interactions.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-focused roles.
• Preference for experience in responding to inbound leads, achieving goals, or supporting a sales process.
• Quota-carrying experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is beneficial (training will be provided).
• Availability to work a fixed weekly schedule that includes regular weekend and/or evening hours, including holidays as necessary.
• Pacific Time working hours are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort in engaging prospective members via phone and email.
• High attention to responsiveness and follow-through.
• An innate sense of empathy and a customer-first attitude.
• Coachability and a strong desire to develop consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of personal performance goals.
• Interest in healthcare, hospitality, or premium service experiences.
