This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide members from the signed agreement through ongoing participation, facilitating onboarding with Finance, Legal, and Natural Resources.
• Oversee member lifecycle events, including annual surveys, ownership changes, land transfers, easement reviews, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure accurate member records and documentation are maintained in Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Act as the primary contact for routine member inquiries and escalate complex issues to the Membership Manager.
• Distribute scheduled communications, reminders, program updates, and surveys; monitor participation and follow up as needed.
• Create amendment packages using approved templates and route them for review and signatures.
• Assess documentation for completeness and log amended terms in the CRM and designated repositories.
• Assist with deed, entity document, easement, and payee-change reviews; escalate compliance inquiries when necessary.
• Generate standard CRM and payment reports, conduct data audits, and rectify discrepancies.
• Prepare payment calculations and requests, track approvals and status, and document issuance in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Finance on payment processing, reconciliation, and routine member payment inquiries.
• Coordinate with Forestry, GIS, Product, Lease/Due Diligence, MRV, and Legal on member requests and audits.
• Document standard operating procedures.
• Report to the Membership Manager and work closely with Membership Advisors and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer support, or membership administration.
• Familiarity with a CRM platform such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience in administering agreements, including contract reviews, drafting amendments, and maintaining compliance records (preferred).
• Knowledge of Ironclad, email marketing automation, or payment operations is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective time-management and self-management skills.
• Capability to follow directions and work independently to achieve identified goals within a set timeline.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling highly sensitive project deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and SharePoint.
• Commitment to addressing environmental challenges.
• Willingness to travel domestically on a limited basis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members across the U.S.
• Capacity to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally stand and walk.
• Frequent use of hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and using a mouse.
• Close visual acuity for viewing computer screens and reading documents.
• Ability to clearly understand and communicate with others.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, and reach.
