Member Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Enhance member retention throughout the Enterprise.

• Lead a team of retention performance managers.

• Identify, research, prioritize, and determine suitable actions for business issues.

• Guide, oversee, and contribute to special projects focused on reducing Medicare member disenrollment at local, regional, and national levels.

• Collaborate with various business teams to execute retention campaigns and enhance member experience.

• Develop and implement strategies aimed at retaining Medicare beneficiaries.

• Analyze data and trends to pinpoint retention challenges and opportunities.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to elevate member experience and satisfaction.

• Design and manage programs that educate beneficiaries about health plan benefits and services.

• Monitor and assess retention initiatives, making necessary adjustments as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Candidate must reside in the state of New York.

• Must be willing to travel and work some weekends.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Medicare sector.

• Experience in Medicare/Medicaid sales and leadership is highly preferred.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• Ability to lead retention performance managers and execute Medicare beneficiary retention strategies.

• Proficient in data analysis and trend identification.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Skills in program development and management.

• Capability to monitor and evaluate retention initiatives.
