Member Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for Air Elite members

• Build and sustain trusted relationships with member organizations

• Provide proactive communication and responsive assistance

• Assist members in maximizing their benefits from the Air Elite Network

• Facilitate onboarding and training for new members

• Organize member communications, program updates, and engagement initiatives

• Enhance member satisfaction, participation, and retention

• Work collaboratively with the Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams

• Evaluate member feedback and identify ways to improve network value

• Ensure consistent implementation of Air Elite programs and standards

• Monitor member activity and contribute to strategic growth initiatives

• Maintain precise member records and documentation

• Assist with membership agreements, renewals, and associated processes

• Help coordinate member events, meetings, and recognition initiatives

• Ensure adherence to network standards and program requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, customer service, relationship management, hospitality, communications, or a related field

• Required experience with Salesforce

• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Preferred experience in the aviation industry

• Preference for candidates with experience in customer programs, memberships, loyalty programs, or account management

• Experience with CRM systems preferred

• Knowledge of customer engagement and retention strategies is a plus

• Preferred background in social media or communications
