This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage a team responsible for processing enrollment applications, certifications, transfers, and related documentation.
• Supervise work assignments, track productivity, and provide performance coaching.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communications regarding member documentation and processing.
• Ensure the handling of sensitive PII/PHI complies with HIPAA and program guidelines.
• Train and mentor staff on policies, tools, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Review completed work for quality assurance and completeness.
• Identify trends, gaps, and training needs within the team.
• Conduct interviews and offer hiring recommendations.
• Maintain attendance records and assist with employee administration tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership in Member Services and cross-functional operational teams.
• Enhance processes and streamline workflows for efficiency.
• Utilize digital mail centers, self-service portals, and intake/IDP tools effectively.
• Escalate complex cases, data discrepancies, and regulatory issues as necessary.
• Track and report on processing metrics, contributing to operational dashboards.
• Provide support for dual-operations or transition activities as needed.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in supervising processing, administrative, customer service, or operations teams in a high-volume setting.
• Strong understanding of data entry, documentation review, and workflow management processes.
• Familiarity with federal program requirements, eligibility standards, regulatory compliance, or similar frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in standard operational software, member service tools, and case-handling systems.
• Capability to manage sensitive information securely and professionally.
• US citizenship is not required.
• Must possess a Public Trust clearance.
• Willingness to travel 0-10%.
