This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Arrange consultations and support members and providers for all Recuro service offerings, which include Virtual Primary Care, Virtual Behavioral Health, and Virtual Urgent Care.
• Assist members and patients by providing comprehensive information regarding benefits and general inquiries related to care coordination.
• Gather and record member demographics, health history, and primary concerns.
• Oversee the status of virtual consultations and escalate any issues faced by members or providers.
• Conduct troubleshooting, post-consult scheduling, outreach to pharmacies, and communication with providers.
• Execute tasks as directed by the Member Services Supervisor, Member Services Manager, or other leaders in Clinical Operations.
• Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with Recuro Health's policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Telehealth.
• Exceptional customer service, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Internet speed of 30MPS or greater.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; active listening capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Competence in managing and comprehending inbound and outbound verbal communication via telephone, computer-based calling systems, or voicemail systems.
• Keen attention to detail regarding processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without errors in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to sharing complete and accurate information; upholding confidentiality and fulfilling commitments.
• Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm; proactive in influencing outcomes; eagerness to grow and learn.
• Takes personal accountability for job performance; completes assignments in a timely and consistent manner.
• Eligible to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
