This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of travel and lifestyle requests.

• Organize luxury accommodations, including hotels, resorts, private villas, commercial flights, private aviation, dining reservations, events, exclusive experiences, ground transportation, and intricate logistics.

• Provide high-touch member support through chat.

• Utilize internal systems and third-party tools to guarantee that bookings are precise, confirmed, and executed seamlessly.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Atlas’s premium image.

• Anticipate member needs, identify patterns and feedback, and escalate insights to enhance workflows and service quality.

• Collaborate with hotels, concierge partners, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders for smooth transitions.

• Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs), macros, and internal knowledge bases as the Travel & Lifestyle function expands.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end lifestyle management.

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, personalized itineraries and high-pressure requests with minimal supervision.

• Strong global travel knowledge, including familiarity with premier hotels, dining options, transportation, and cultural attractions.

• Exceptional written communication skills and a client-centric approach.

• High level of discretion and comfort in managing sensitive member information.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple live requests and changing priorities.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a globally distributed service model.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday, 8 am-4 pm EST.

• Experience with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) for commercial air bookings and ticketing changes is a plus.

• Familiarity with Zendesk, CRM systems, or internal case management platforms is advantageous.

• Existing relationships with luxury hospitality brands are a plus.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and exercise sound judgment in uncertain situations.

• Strong sense of ownership.

• Attention to detail.

• Collaborative mindset with respect for operational rigor.

• Successful completion of background checks.

• Adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
