This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assist with the processing of all insurance lines, which includes generating enrollments, offering customer service, and executing administrative tasks based on member inquiries and requests.

• Address member inquiries and resolve issues, escalating them when necessary.

• Communicate information to members with confidence.

• Approve and process reinstatement forms in accordance with guidelines.

• Enroll members in coverage as opportunities present themselves.

• Support management in handling and resolving complaints from insured members.

• Utilize the AAA Life brand to foster a positive experience for members.

• Redirect or transfer members to other departments and contacts within AAA Life Insurance when needed.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory; some college coursework is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service-related role is required.

• Must be adaptable with personal schedules and open to working overtime and weekends as needed by the business.

• Experience in insurance or call center environments is preferred.

• A basic understanding of life insurance company operations, policies, procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products is preferred.

• Capability to perform accurate mathematical computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

• Prior experience in navigating and utilizing multiple computer applications and telephone technologies is desired.

• Ability to meet the physical and concentration requirements detailed in the job description.
