Member Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Respond to phone inquiries and utilize knowledge of credit union products, data systems, and web-based applications to provide information and assist with requests from both members and non-members.

• Conduct member verification and review account details.

• Communicate company and credit union policies and procedures effectively.

• Collaborate with management or other S3 teams/departments to address member service issues remotely.

• Focus on digital, card, or loan-related queues and process associated transactions.

• Engage with departments and management via email for further requests or research needs.

• Undertake additional job-related projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Provide support to credit union members regarding membership, banking products, services, rates, loans, deposits, and other financial requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service setting.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Capable of working independently and effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Proficient in navigating and utilizing multiple platforms and computer software simultaneously.

• Experience in a remote work setting with dual monitors is advantageous.

• Effective in a structured and procedure-driven role.

• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.

• FLSA Status: Nonexempt.
