Member Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls related to membership, banking products, services, and rates.

• Surpass member expectations with every interaction.

• Utilize knowledge of credit union products, data systems, and online applications to provide assistance and information.

• Conduct member verification and account reviews.

• Communicate company and credit union policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with management and S3 teams/departments to resolve member service issues remotely.

• Focus on digital, cards, or loans-related queues and process associated transactions.

• Correspond via email with departments and management for additional requests or research.

• Undertake additional job-related projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced customer service setting.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Proficient in navigating and utilizing multiple platforms/computer software concurrently.

• Experience in a remote work environment with dual monitors is an advantage.

• Comfortable working in a structured and procedure-driven role.

• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

• Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations.

• Must demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
