Member Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls to assist with inquiries and requests related to membership, banking products, services, and rates.

• Offer information, address inquiries, and assist with requests and concerns from both member and non-member callers using credit union products, data systems, and web-based applications.

• Perform necessary member verification and review account details.

• Communicate the company and credit union policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with management or other S3 teams/departments to resolve member service issues.

• Focus on digital, cards, or loans-related queues and process associated transactions.

• Correspond with various departments and management via email for additional requests or research purposes.

• Carry out additional job-related projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Capable of working independently and effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Proficient in navigating and using multiple platforms/computer software simultaneously.

• Experience in a remote work setting with dual monitors is an advantage.

• Comfortable in a structured and procedure-driven role.

• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.

• Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations.
