Member Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Respond to phone calls to assist with inquiries and requests related to membership, banking products, services, and rates.

• Provide information, address questions, and support requests and concerns for both member and non-member callers.

• Complete necessary member verification and review accounts.

• Communicate company and credit union policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with management or other S3 teams/departments to resolve member service issues.

• Focus on digital, cards, or loans-related queues and process relevant transactions.

• Correspond with departments and management via email for additional requests or research.

• Engage in additional job-related projects and tasks assigned by management.

• Provide exceptional service in a collaborative and supportive remote Contact Center setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced customer service environment.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Capable of working independently and effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Proficient in navigating and utilizing multiple platforms/computer software simultaneously.

• Experience in a remote work environment with dual monitors is advantageous.

• Adaptable to a structured and procedure-driven role.

• Must manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods, use hands/fingers for repetitive keyboard and hand motions, and speak clearly.
