Member Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming phone calls, utilizing knowledge of credit union products, data systems, and web-based applications to provide information, address inquiries, and assist both members and non-members with their requests and concerns.

• Perform necessary member verification and review accounts accordingly.

• Communicate company and credit union policies/procedures effectively.

• Collaborate with management and other S3 teams/departments to resolve member service issues.

• Focus on digital, card, or loan-related queues and process associated transactions.

• Interact with departments and management via email for additional requests or research purposes.

• Undertake additional job-related projects and tasks as assigned by management.

• Provide exceptional service within a collaborative and supportive remote Contact Center environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced customer service setting.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Capability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Proficient in navigating and utilizing multiple platforms/computer software concurrently.

• Experience in a remote work setting with dual monitors is advantageous.

• Ability to operate within a structured and procedure-driven role.

• Competence in handling confidential and sensitive information.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• FLSA Status: Nonexempt.
