Member Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Respond to phone inquiries to assist with questions and requests related to membership, banking products, services, and rates.

• Provide information, address questions, and assist with requests and concerns for both member and non-member callers.

• Conduct necessary member verification and review account details.

• Communicate company and credit union policies and procedures effectively.

• Collaborate with management or other S3 teams/departments to resolve member service issues in a remote setting.

• Focus on either digital, cards, or loans-related queues and process associated transactions.

• Engage with other departments and management via email for additional requests or research needs.

• Undertake additional job-related projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.

• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Proficient in navigating and utilizing multiple platforms/computer software simultaneously.

• Experience in a remote work environment with dual monitors is advantageous.

• Ability to work well in a structured and procedure-driven role.

• Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

• Competence in performing basic mathematical computations.
