Member Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate scheduled video calls to obtain informed consent from prospective participants in the Split program.

• Verify that members fulfill logistical criteria and secure informed consent for egg retrieval and donation.

• Address inquiries from members and follow up via email with pertinent resources.

• Maintain and update member profiles with relevant information.

• Provide education to Split members regarding third-party reproduction.

• Assist in the onboarding process for members, including the creation and approval of donor profiles.

• Conduct outreach to egg donor recipients and make outbound calls to newly registered intended parents.

• Oversee the inbound company line.

• Promptly monitor and respond to member and lead inquiries via email.

• Support scheduling, program clarifications, and general assistance.

• Collaborate with the wider Cofertility team to ensure a seamless experience and consistent communication.

• Share observations, issues, and insights with relevant team members.

• Develop process efficiencies to enhance the Split program application process and member experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in education, sales, patient navigation, or member support.

• Excellent communication skills via Zoom, phone, and email.

• Comfortable discussing sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Solutions-oriented with a quick learning ability.

• Proficient with technology.

• Skilled in Google Suite.

• Capable of learning and managing Customer Success / Operations tools.

• Experience with egg donor software is advantageous.

• Background in healthcare is a plus.

• Preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone, though not mandatory.

• Empathetic, inquisitive, and adaptable.

• Strong attention to detail.
