This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and develop systems aimed at engaging potential users through various platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, and legal forums.
• Construct experimentation frameworks to evaluate and measure growth initiatives.
• Create dashboards and analytics systems to monitor user behavior and growth metrics.
• Develop tools for automating personalized outreach and engagement strategies.
• Architect systems that utilize the AI platform for generating viral content.
• Implement tracking and attribution systems to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Build internal tools to enhance sales and marketing operations.
• Establish and instrument onboarding processes, prompts, and loops that boost activation-to-first-value and day-7 retention for legal teams.
• Launch experiments related to pricing, packaging, and in-product nudges that promote workspace adoption and seat expansion.
• Establish a reliable growth analytics framework ensuring that every decision is hypothesis-driven and attributable.
• Contribute to the development of a leading legal AI platform for in-house teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering.
• Proficient in React and modern TypeScript.
• Experience in creating marketing-focused features such as SEO, conversion funnels, and analytics.
• Strong familiarity with analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Segment, and Mixpanel.
• Proven history of A/B testing and experimentation.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• A track record of driving user growth through technical initiatives.
• Experience in growth engineering within B2B SaaS companies (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, and Klaviyo (Nice to Have).
• Knowledge of user behavior analytics and funnel optimization (Nice to Have).
• Background in performance marketing or growth marketing (Nice to Have).
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI platforms (Nice to Have).
• Expertise in tools such as Posthog, LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, or similar (Nice to Have).
• Understanding of SEO best practices and their technical implementation (Nice to Have).
