This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of member communications through email, direct mail, SMS, and various campaign workflows.
• Create, modify, and sustain email templates in Braze.
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end quality assurance for email, direct mail, SMS, and associated campaign workflows.
• Manage direct mail campaigns via PostGrid and Cornerstone, overseeing proofs, production schedules, approvals, and vendor transitions.
• Convert authorized custom communication requests into campaign strategies, configurations, and quality assurance processes.
• Record issues, communicate potential risks promptly, and enhance quality assurance controls.
• Facilitate new client launches by utilizing campaign playbooks, email and direct mail canvases, launch configurations, and operational readiness assessments.
• Oversee file ingestion requirements, validation, and data synchronization to Braze.
• Track dependencies and handoffs, maintain project plans, and ensure timely progress on launch activities.
• Provide backup support and take ownership of assigned campaigns or processes from initiation to completion.
• Manage client-level CML updates and uphold an accurate, scalable Braze catalog.
• Handle Do Not Contact requests across various channels.
• Ensure maintenance of process documentation and operational sources of truth.
• Acquire knowledge of core tools, playbooks, quality assurance standards, launch workflows, and client-specific requirements within the first 90 days.
• Take charge of new email builds within legacy ongoing client playbooks.
• Implement at least one process or documentation enhancement that boosts accuracy or scalability.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, project management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management, including organizing dependencies, handling multiple deadlines, and driving tasks to completion.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to quality assurance.
• Ability to quickly learn technical systems and workflows, transitioning smoothly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the discernment to clarify requirements and escalate risks promptly.
• Capable of effective prioritization in a dynamic environment, adjusting to shifting business needs.
• Proactive utilization of AI tools to enhance individual performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Braze or another customer engagement platform.
• Experience in building or editing email templates, including knowledge of HTML and dynamic personalization.
• Background in executing direct mail campaigns or collaborating with print and fulfillment vendors.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, eligibility or member data files, campaign suppression rules, and data validation.
• Proficient with tools such as Asana, Notion, Jira, Google Suite, or Chamaileon.
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, or another regulated industry.
• Must adhere to Virta’s security and privacy protocols when managing HIPAA-governed patient information.
