Member Experience Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with members and identify opportunities to promote credit union products and services.

• Deliver outstanding member service through phone calls, chats, secured messaging, and various department tasks.

• Inform members about digital self-service options.

• Assist members with inquiries related to accounts, products, services, online banking, and digital services.

• Address member issues and concerns, including fraud prevention, operational matters, and digital service problems.

• Accurately and efficiently process member transactions via online banking and other digital channels.

• Ensure adherence to credit union policies and procedures.

• Advocate for credit union products and services, such as online banking and digital self-service options.

• Engage in ongoing training regarding credit union products, services, digital offerings, and product referrals.

• Report to the Associate Manager of the Member Experience Center.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a full-service financial institution or a similar role in a related field.

• Familiarity with credit union products and services, procedures, guidelines, and membership requirements.

• Understanding of regulations pertinent to essential responsibilities.

• Strong communication skills across all levels of the audience.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with Symitar for Windows (Episys).

• A related college degree, additional work experience beyond the minimum, and supervisory or leadership experience are preferred.
