This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to calls in accordance with company policy, ensuring a helpful, professional, and timely approach.
• Arrange appointments effectively.
• Make outgoing calls to gather or share information.
• Record all calls as they occur.
• Redirect calls to relevant department employees as needed to fulfill client requirements.
• Thoroughly document client files or imaging systems with pertinent information to maintain a clear and concise audit trail.
• Engage in cross-training and group training sessions.
• Coordinate with supervisors, senior leadership, and team members to provide accurate responses and eliminate redundant efforts.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Deliver outstanding service and support to clients regarding their Life, Health, and Wealth needs.
• Keep precise records of client interactions, inquiries, and solutions in the client management system.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional customer service, presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Competence in multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Previous experience in insurance or finance is preferred.
• Openness to training for candidates lacking prior insurance or financial experience.
