Member Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver knowledgeable, efficient, and professional assistance to consumers via phone and email.

• Support consumers with enrollments in health, dental, and vision insurance.

• Address inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, benefits, and enrollment processes.

• Aid consumers in navigating the health insurance enrollment journey.

• Utilize Stride’s enrollment systems and tools to assist consumers throughout the enrollment process.

• Identify and troubleshoot enrollment and coverage challenges.

• Conduct follow-ups with consumers when further information or action is necessary.

• Accurately document consumer interactions and resolutions in Zendesk.

• Adhere to established processes and compliance standards.

• Provide phone and email support according to team schedules and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active insurance license.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Experience with Healthcare.gov and/or state-based marketplaces, such as Covered California.

• Background in assisting consumers with health insurance enrollment or coverage.

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong judgment and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume customer support setting.

• Capability to learn and navigate various technology systems and workflows.

• Experience with Zendesk or a similar CRM/support platform is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with 5+ active state insurance licenses.

• Preference for candidates with experience in ACA individual-market enrollment.

• Preference for candidates with knowledge of dental and vision insurance.
