This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage and lead a dedicated team within the call center.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, staff recognition, and performance assessment processes.
• Monitor live performance to ensure compliance with service level agreement requirements.
• Ensure that inquiries and issues are investigated and resolved in accordance with client-defined policies, procedures, and standards.
• Review and authorize training materials.
• Evaluate, assess, and propose enhancements to the call center operations.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a comparable role with leadership duties.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, including provider, insurance, operations, or administration.
• Knowledge and experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating team members.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and precision.
• Must reside in the state of California.
