Member Advocate – Manager Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Champion the interests of Split Members (egg donors) throughout their egg donation journey.

• Oversee a portfolio of cases through various stages of egg freezing and donation.

• Act as the primary point of contact via video, phone, text, and email.

• Ensure case timelines remain on schedule and keep members updated on subsequent steps.

• Provide education to members regarding egg freezing and donation processes.

• Anticipate, address, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Collaborate with medical providers regarding travel arrangements, escrow funding, screenings, and egg retrievals.

• Develop and refine case management best practices and operational procedures.

• Monitor match progress and maintain documentation in the CRM.

• Adhere to American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) industry guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a case manager/coordinator, handling multiple cases simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Genuine interest in the fertility sector and comfort in supporting and educating members regarding egg donation and egg freezing.

• Experience in healthcare and/or collaboration with fertility clinics and providers is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM systems, and the ability to adapt to new software.

• Patient, compassionate, empathetic, effective, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop.
