This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Safeguard and enhance existing customer relationships within a designated territory for the Welch Allyn and Hillrom product lines.
• Sustain and grow the established base of Welch Allyn low-acuity vital signs solutions.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at retention, expansion, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Recognize risks within the installed base and create strategies for mitigation.
• Assist customers in maximizing value through optimization, training, connectivity, and workflow enhancements.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects in low-acuity monitoring and connected care.
• Create and execute territory sales plans that align with revenue, connectivity, and retention goals.
• Oversee the complete sales process from opportunity identification to implementation and post-sale adoption.
• Conduct value-based selling by aligning Baxter solutions with clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Lead intricate sales opportunities involving various stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Foster relationships with clinical, operational, technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Spot opportunities related to patient deterioration management, vital signs automation, and digital ward initiatives.
• Advocate for broader Baxter solutions within the patient care environment when relevant.
• Analyze account performance, sales data, and market intelligence to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Maintain precise forecasts and provide regular updates on business performance.
• Collaborate across functions with therapy, medical, and marketing teams.
• Utilize CRM tools to build and monitor the sales funnel and document customer interactions and engagement levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device sector.
• Proven success in selling to the NHS.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital healthcare, medical device connectivity, or EPR integration is highly desirable.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and business insight.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Capability to sell value-based solutions in highly competitive environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of NHS structures, procurement frameworks, and decision-making processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex opportunities and lengthy sales cycles.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to leverage data to influence decisions and drive growth.
• Highly organized with effective territory and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a cross-functional setting.
