Meditech Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and manage the architecture of the Meditech system, including integrations and technical solutions.

• Lead the implementation, upgrading, migration, and optimization of Meditech systems.

• Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements.

• Provide technical guidance on interoperability, HL7/FHIR interfaces, data migration, and third-party integrations.

• Identify areas for enhancing system performance, scalability, security, and workflow efficiency.

• Create architectural standards, technical documentation, and strategies for implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare IT with a strong background in Meditech.

• In-depth knowledge of Meditech Expanse, Client/Server, and MAGIC environments.

• Proven experience with enterprise EHR architecture, system integrations, and data migration.

• Familiarity with clinical and revenue cycle workflows.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Prior experience with large healthcare systems or consulting engagements is preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must indicate whether employment visa sponsorship is needed.
