Medior AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement platform and AI-solution functionalities using C#/.NET and Azure Functions in a production environment.

• Execute integrations utilizing Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Participate in prompt and grounding design efforts.

• Create, develop, and evaluate REST API integrations connecting platforms with client systems.

• Collaborate with Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core while adhering to established data models and tenant-isolation patterns.

• Adhere to Git, GitHub Actions CI/CD, code review, and AI-enhanced development methodologies.

• Assess and provide feedback on colleagues’ contributions.

• Monitor and instrument production systems, responding to telemetry data.

• Break down assigned tasks into actionable steps, estimate workload, and identify potential scope or timeline risks.

• Document work processes and actively share insights.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and engineering team to refine requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.

• Demonstrated expertise in C# and .NET, including experience in building and utilizing REST APIs.

• Experience with relational databases and object-relational mapping frameworks such as Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices in a professional setting.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Capable of working independently on well-defined tasks, bringing proposed solutions when facing challenges.

• Excellent written communication skills with a methodical approach to documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Comfortable collaborating asynchronously in a distributed, remote-first team environment.

• Minimum internet speeds of 15 Mb/s for both download and upload with latency below 120 ms, internationally.

• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Operating systems: Windows 11 (all editions except Windows S Mode) or macOS 13.0 or newer.

• CPU Mark of at least 7368; 8th Gen Intel or above, or Ryzen 2nd Gen or above.

• Integrated graphics card required.

• Smartphone capable of two-factor authentication running Android 10.0+ or Apple iOS 16.0+.
