Medical Working Student – Patient Care & Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Manage and assist with incoming patient inquiries.

• Act as the initial point of contact for potential patients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication channels.

• Assist prospective patients through the entire decision-making journey.

• Follow up on inquiries and consultations.

• Provide details regarding treatments, physicians, and procedures.

• Aid in the coordination of surgeries and treatments.

• Offer support to patients before and after their treatment.

• Conduct and document post-operative follow-ups.

• Relay patient information and inquiries to the appropriate physicians and teams.

• Maintain and update patient records within the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in medicine or a related field such as Health Sciences/Public Health, Nursing Science, Healthcare Management, or Health Management.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Good command of the English language.

• Strong communication abilities paired with a friendly, empathetic demeanor.

• Genuine interest in medicine and healthcare services.

• A strong sense of responsibility and a dependable work ethic.

• Excellent organizational skills and a passion for working with people.

• Confident use of digital tools and communication platforms.

• Eagerness to learn our processes and CRM systems.
