Medical Translator, Indonesian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a member of Lilt's Medical Talent Community as a senior Indonesian medical linguist.

• Modify and validate target texts to align with regulatory compliance standards.

• Translate and review materials related to patient records and clinical protocols.

• Engage with content related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology.

• Adhere to stringent GxP procedures and ISO 17100 quality standards.

• Provide lists of projects or references that showcase previous work in regulated medical markets.

• Confirm understanding of relevant local regulations.

• Complete a domain-specific translation or review assessment.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work upon task acceptance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the target language(s).

• Currently residing in the United States of America.

• A graduate degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR a graduate degree in another field along with 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR 5 years of full-time professional translation experience.

• Capability to adhere closely to terminology and reference materials.

• Professional experience in translation and localization in the Medical/Life Sciences sectors.

• Proven experience translating for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology.

• Ability to operate within strict GxP environments while complying with ISO 17100 quality standards.

• Consistent availability and dedication to on-time delivery.

• Most tasks necessitate a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.

• Ability to undergo experience verification, compliance audits, and specialized assessments.

• An English-language version of your Resume/C.V. is required for application.
