This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a part of Lilt’s Medical Talent Community as a Hebrew medical translator.
• Translate and review critical medical and regulatory materials.
• Modify and validate target texts to ensure compliance with standards.
• Utilize expertise in Life Sciences for pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology content.
• Collaborate with Patient Records and Clinical Protocols.
• Adhere to stringent GxP procedures and ISO 17100 quality standards.
• Complete experience verification, compliance audits, and specialized assessments.
• Contribute to Lilt’s AI and language technology initiatives serving enterprises, governments, and AI developers.
• Deliver assigned tasks with a commitment to high quality and on-time completion.
• Senior linguists with a solid track record specifically in the Life Sciences sector.
• Native-level fluency in the target language(s).
• Currently residing in the United States of America.
• A graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR a graduate qualification in another field plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR 5 years of full-time professional translation experience.
• Capability to adhere closely to terminology and reference materials.
• Professional experience in translation and localization within the Medical/Life Sciences fields.
• Familiarity with pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology.
• Ability to operate within strict GxP environments.
• Compliance with ISO 17100 quality standards.
• Reliable availability and commitment; most tasks necessitate a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
• An English-language Resume/C.V. is required for application.
• Experience verification through a project list or references showcasing previous work in regulated medical markets.
• Understanding of relevant local regulations.
• Successful completion of a domain-specific translation or review assessment.
• Contractors must adhere to applicable geographic restrictions, international embargoes, and sanctions.
• Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations as 1099 contractors.
