• Conduct comprehensive interviews that cover lifestyle and medical inquiries to support the underwriting process for individual insurance applicants.

• Skillfully extract personal and medical data through thoughtful questioning.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to insurance clients.

• Efficiently manage workload through strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive and private information.

• Professionally and knowledgeably address clients’ concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in medical knowledge, terminology, or relevant experience is essential.

• Proven experience in maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment while adhering to time constraints.

• Strong spelling and grammar skills are required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service.

• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

• Bilingualism in English and French is a significant advantage.

• For candidates located in Québec, proficiency in both English and French is necessary to assist clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
