• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather lifestyle and medical information for underwriting individual insurance applicants.

• Elicit personal and medical details with sensitivity and skill.

• Provide exceptional customer service to insurance clients.

• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and effective listening abilities.

• Organize and manage workload efficiently through strong time-management skills.

• Highly driven and capable of working independently or with minimal supervision.

• Bilingualism in English and French is a significant advantage.

• If based in Québec, proficiency in both English and French is mandatory to assist clients from various provinces outside Québec.
