This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Create and implement comprehensive medical strategies that support product development, enhancement, commercialization, and growth.
• Organize regular medical strategy meetings to assess strategy progress, shape medical recommendations, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
• Collaborate across the Medical organization on evidence-generation strategies and planning, KOL engagement, advisory board planning and execution, clinical-data translation into medical messaging, and commercialization and launch support.
• Coordinate essential medical deliverables to promote alignment, collaboration, and effective execution.
• Evaluate the changing product landscape to identify evidence gaps, risks, and opportunities for differentiation and enhancement.
• Plan and lead the annual Innovation Session, integrating insights into outputs and actions for strategic planning.
• Foster collaborative cross-functional relationships to ensure that medical insights influence business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Over 7 years of experience in Medical Strategy, Medical Affairs, or a related role within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or academic sectors.
• Strong clinical, medical, or scientific expertise in oncology; experience in breast cancer is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including overnight or weekend trips as necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly adapt and effectively utilize project management, collaboration, and other business technology platforms.
• Capability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship required.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, molecular biology, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in a matrixed environment, demonstrating leadership through influence and coordinating cross-functional development of medical strategies.
