This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Engage with Allergists, Otolaryngologists (ENT), and other essential customers within a designated geographical area.
• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to foster revenue growth.
• Consistently achieve product targets and surpass forecasts and expectations.
• Develop strategies and implement tactics within major Allergy and Otolaryngology accounts to enhance product utilization.
• Establish strong working relationships with Allergy/ENT professionals, clinicians, nurses, office staff, and other healthcare personnel.
• Collaborate with key patient advocacy support groups as instructed.
• Work in partnership with district colleagues, field personnel, and home office teams.
• Address customer needs while staying attuned to market dynamics and trends.
• Formulate strategies that align with brand and corporate objectives.
• Participate in and assist in leading industry congresses, as well as local and regional meetings and medical conferences.
• Conduct operations in a compliant manner with a strong adherence to integrity.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience selling in the Allergy/ENT/Dermatology market and/or a comparable subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biopharmaceuticals is required.
• Willingness to travel and manage extensive geographic territories.
• Advanced skills in clinically driven sales.
• Demonstrated success and a positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with various customer segments.
• Experience managing product launches.
• A passion for and capacity to learn scientific information.
• Understanding of disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
• Experience in training and serving office staff, nurses, and office managers.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with other internal field teams and alliance partners.
• Ability to operate within compliance guidelines and adhere to pharmaceutical and biologic product promotion policies.
