Medical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company’s products within the target area, achieving established work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals.

• Conduct ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports required by the company.

• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Strictly adhere to the company's Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plans.

• Timely report adverse events related to company products, and cooperate with pharmacovigilance (PV) to gather necessary information when required.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while embodying the company’s values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in hematology, biological agents, or specialty drugs.

• Possess excellent academic and professional capabilities, along with strong judgment skills.

• Strong communication and language expression abilities.

• Passionate about the job, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.

• Demonstrated teamwork and a spirit of perseverance.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in foreign enterprises.
