Medical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Advocate for company products in an academic context within the designated region while meeting set work goals.

• Develop and maintain ongoing academic communication with healthcare professionals.

• Facilitate continuous and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete reports as required by the company.

• Gather insights on market trends and product-related information in line with company compliance regulations.

• Implement company marketing strategies in strict adherence to OEC policies.

• Timely report any adverse events associated with company products and assist in pharmacovigilance information gathering when necessary.

• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while upholding the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty pharmaceuticals, or the pharmaceutical sector.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a foreign-funded enterprise.

• Demonstrated academic and professional expertise.

• Strong decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in language expression.

• A genuine passion for the role and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to handle work-related pressure effectively.

• A collaborative spirit and readiness to take on challenging tasks.

• Adherence to relevant laws, industry standards, company policies, OEC policies, and principles of integrity and compliance.
