This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target region, achieving established work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to facilitate ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.

• Gather market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Adhere strictly to the company's Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to company products discovered during daily work, and assist in collecting necessary information for PV when required.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while embodying the company’s values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the fields of hematological oncology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in foreign-invested enterprises.

• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment abilities.

• Demonstrate good communication and language expression skills.

• Passionate about the role, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Exhibit team spirit and a strong work ethic.
