Medical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target area, achieving set work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to facilitate continuous and standardized exchange of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.

• Gather market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with company compliance guidelines.

• Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plan.

• Report any adverse drug events related to the company's products promptly and collaborate with PV to collect necessary information when needed.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• Two or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in hematology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in foreign-funded enterprises.

• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment skills.

• Strong communication and language expression abilities.

• Passionate about the role, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Demonstrated teamwork and a strong work ethic.
