This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers reaching out to the Information Center concerning products and services.
• Provide information about products and/or disease states through telephone, email, and written correspondence.
• Address inquiries related to product information, pricing, patient education materials, product quality issues, adverse experiences, and other customer questions.
• Foster and sustain relationships with both internal and external customers while addressing their inquiries.
• Participate in outbound initiatives and convey specific product messages.
• Manage customer inquiries to reach successful resolutions.
• Deliver product and disease state information, including both on- and off-label information in accordance with Standard Response guidelines.
• Ensure customer service and prompt resolution at the point of contact.
• Relay product information and offers to physicians, healthcare staff, and consumers through outbound teleservice.
• Assess and escalate calls as necessary.
• Address email, fax, and other non-phone inquiries.
• Adhere to industry regulations, including those related to adverse events and product quality processes.
• Handle assigned project tasks in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with current product, medical, disease, and industry knowledge.
• Document customer information and interactions in the appropriate systems.
• Communicate customer calls, issues, trends, programs, and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members on product, medical, and business issues and share best practices.
• Fluency in Czech and English at the C1/C2 level is essential.
• Previous experience in a call center setting is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience providing medical information and customer service to healthcare professionals via phone.
• Proven competency in using information technology, PCs, and databases.
• Exceptional verbal, telephone communication, and written skills are required.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
