This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders and clinical leadership at client organizations to facilitate platform utilization.
• Utilize advanced platform tools to demonstrate the features of the xCures Clinical Clarity Engine.
• Assist Client Solutions and Customer Success teams in broadening client use cases.
• Convey client requirements to internal Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Act as a primary scientific liaison in discussions with clients and partners.
• Identify data requirements, manage expectations, and convert clinical and operational needs into actionable strategies.
• Lead external conversations regarding data quality and validation.
• Explain complex clinical data extraction capabilities and insights, including genomics, oncology treatments, and patient outcomes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in oncology and real-world data applications.
• Assist client research initiatives by providing guidance on the interpretation, provenance, and internal use of real-world data extracted through AI/ML algorithms.
• Offer scientific advice on client-led real-world evidence studies utilizing the xCures platform.
• Partner with product and engineering teams on client-facing features and data offerings.
• Suggest and lead collaborations on joint publications and thought leadership initiatives.
• Represent xCures at conferences and external forums by showcasing platform capabilities, scientific findings, and applications of oncology real-world data.
• PhD in a life sciences field.
• Over 4 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in the oncology diagnostics sector.
• Proven ability to distill complex scientific ideas into clear, concise, and actionable insights for varied audiences.
• Established track record of fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives, clinical subject matter experts, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Experience with structured clinical data and analysis of real-world data.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex and unrelated projects simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and utilizing virtual communication platforms.
• Capable of excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented start-up environment.
• Extensive experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and a comprehensive understanding of the current healthcare data landscape (e.g., Health Information Exchanges (HIE), Qualified Health Information Networks (QHIN)).
• Strong grasp of data quality principles and validation processes.
• Ability to critically evaluate the provenance and limitations of real-world data.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a talent for evaluating and interpreting scientific data.
• Experience with conversational AI agents.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape governing real-world data and its application in healthcare.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
