This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish a network of peer-to-peer scientific relationships and cultivate partnerships with healthcare professionals.

• Share and discuss scientific information and data to ensure clear understanding of concepts while gathering insights to guide Novartis research and strategic initiatives.

• Create and implement engagement plans, prioritizing and strategically connecting with medical experts in alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with relevant external groups and deliver current medical information about Novartis products, medical guidelines, and health economic data.

• Operate entrepreneurially within a cross-functional team in a matrix environment.

• Engage with and provide value to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Travel throughout the territory up to 70% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or a related life sciences degree with a strong medical/technical foundation and demonstrated influencing skills, clinical research insight, and market knowledge.

• Expertise in Dermatology/Allergy is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in developing and nurturing credible peer-to-peer relationships with Medical Experts/decision makers.

• Ability to synthesize complex scientific data and analyze it within strategic and regulatory contexts while maintaining high personal integrity and customer focus.

• Familiarity with reimbursement processes in Canada is essential.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel throughout the territory up to 70% of the time.

• Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an MSL is necessary.

• Knowledge of Dermatology and Allergy scientific principles and customer landscapes.
