Medical Science Liaison II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as a field-based scientific authority in oncology.

• Establish and nurture credible, peer-to-peer connections with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and healthcare professionals.

• Offer balanced, evidence-driven information regarding both investigational and marketed therapies.

• Engage with external experts to discuss clinical data, emerging research, and insights regarding disease states.

• Assist in both investigator-initiated and company-sponsored studies.

• Represent the organization at scientific meetings and congresses.

• Present scientific findings and convey field insights to internal stakeholders.

• Summarize scientific updates and competitive intelligence to guide medical strategy and evidence-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

• Support clinical trial feasibility assessments, investigator identification, and educational initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, PhRMA Code, and global regulatory standards.

• Contribute to internal training, medical planning, and the ongoing enhancement of field processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharma/biotech sector, including at least 3 years as an MSL or in a field medical position.

• Strong comprehension of oncology disease states and emerging therapies.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to distill intricate scientific data into clear, actionable insights.
