This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver clinical product education to customers and field teams to enhance understanding and adoption of innovative diagnostics.
• Act as a scientific and clinical resource for the company’s products and the related disease states.
• Provide educational support both internally and externally.
• Collaborate closely across the organization and with sales teams.
• Assist in the development of multi-channel medical educational activities and resources throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support speaker programs, educational materials, slide development, and online educational events.
• Engage in client-facing activities, primarily at the request of the sales team, both in-person and remotely.
• Work collaboratively on special projects within the organization.
• Cover key customers and assist field teams across several US states.
• Travel mainly throughout the Northeast and Midwest, with potential trips to other regions of the United States.
• An advanced scientific or clinical degree is required: PhD, MD, NP, PA, or CGC.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, ideally with a focus on urology or radiation oncology.
• A deep understanding of tumor biology and molecular testing, along with relevant work experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills for effectively conveying complex study results and data.
• Proven ability to build rapport, ask probing questions, demonstrate situational awareness, and tailor communication and content to meet audience needs.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the specified region.
• Proximity to a major airport is necessary.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) introducing a novel clinical assay is preferred.
• Expected travel is at least 60%.
