This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Manage a high volume of calls, engaging professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
• Coordinate scheduling and pre-registration for outpatient procedures.
• Collect and confirm insurance, demographic, and clinical details.
• Adhere to compliance and authorization protocols.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Operate efficiently across various software platforms.
• Possess a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office setting.
• Familiarity with radiology procedures, insurance processes, scheduling, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service abilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in navigating multiple software systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
• Background in remote work is preferred.
• Candidates must reside in AL, AZ, GA, ID, NC, TX, UT, or WA.
