This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Ensure a minimum of 4.5 days of regular visit time each week, conducting no less than 12 face-to-face effective visits daily.
• Correctly cover and maintain the visit frequency for A and B level clients.
• Conduct visits at least once a month to key hospitals within the designated area, meeting with hospital directors, pharmacy department heads, members of the pharmaceutical committee, and prominent leaders in critical disciplines.
• Host at least one product presentation meeting weekly to enhance doctors' understanding of the products.
• Plan the responsible area according to company targets, tracking progress weekly to achieve goals.
• Strategically organize hospitals within the responsible area, regularly updating client department information and expanding regional business.
• Propose market activity expense pre-approval according to budget and market conditions, spend upon approval, and submit DM within three weeks of incurring expenses.
• Formulate product development plans and key product development strategies based on marketing department product strategies and regional conditions, with a particular focus on new products.
• Participate in weekly product knowledge training and take regular assessments.
• Effectively apply business skills in the field to enhance the efficiency of effective visits.
• Conduct 8 hours of effective visit work daily within the designated area.
• Ensure availability for contact via mobile for the company and clients daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Manage reports.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, business conduct standards, and all company policies.
• Ensure 4.5 days of regular visit time each week.
• Conduct a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits daily.
• Guarantee 8 hours of effective visit work daily within the designated area.
• Keep mobile phone on and ensure availability for contact with the company and clients daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Able to cover and maintain A and B level clients.
• Capable of visiting hospital directors, pharmacy department heads, members of the pharmaceutical committee, and prominent leaders in key disciplines.
• Able to organize product presentation meetings and introduce products to doctors.
• Capable of conducting area planning, updating client department information, and expanding business.
• Able to manage market activity expenses according to budget and approval processes.
• Capable of formulating product development plans, especially for new products.
