This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily visits to hospitals and clients to maintain coverage and visit frequency for Tier A and B clients.

• Engage with key hospital administrators, pharmacy department heads, pharmacy committee members, and leading experts to secure their support.

• Organize weekly product presentations to enhance doctors' understanding of the products.

• Strategically plan the assigned region based on company targets and track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.

• Effectively manage hospitals within the designated area, regularly update client department information, and expand regional business opportunities.

• Request marketing activity expenses based on budget and market conditions, and upon approval from the regional manager, submit expense reports within three weeks of the expense occurrence.

• Develop product development plans aligned with the marketing department's strategies and regional circumstances, focusing on promoting new products.

• Present product knowledge during weekly meetings and participate in regular assessments, with exam results contributing to performance evaluations.

• Apply effective business techniques in the field to improve visit efficiency.

• Manage reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ensure an average of 4.5 days of normal visit time each week.

• Maintain a minimum of 12 effective face-to-face visits per day.

• Ensure accurate coverage and visit frequency for Tier A and B clients.

• Visit key hospital administrators, pharmacy department heads, pharmacy committee members, and important discipline leaders at least once a month within the designated area.

• Hold at least one product presentation each week.

• Guarantee 8 hours of effective visit work within the region daily.

• Ensure that company and clients can reach business personnel fully from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with mobile phones kept on during this period.
