This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily visits to hospitals and clients to ensure coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.

• Meet with key decision-makers and discipline leaders in major hospitals within a designated area to secure support.

• Organize weekly product introduction meetings to enhance doctors' understanding of the products.

• Plan the assigned area according to company targets and monitor progress to achieve personal objectives.

• Strategically manage hospitals within the assigned area, regularly update client department information, and expand regional business.

• Propose pre-approval requests for marketing activity expenses based on the budget, to be spent after approval from the regional manager, and submit DM within three weeks of incurring expenses.

• Develop product development plans according to the marketing department's product strategy, with a focus on promoting new products.

• Participate in weekly product knowledge sessions and periodic examinations, with exam results serving as a basis for performance evaluation.

• Apply business skills in fieldwork to enhance the effectiveness of visits.

• Manage reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ensure at least 4.5 days of normal visit time each week.

• Maintain a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.

• Ensure accurate coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.

• Conduct visits at least once a month to important hospitals’ directors, heads of pharmacy departments, members of pharmacy committees, and key discipline leaders within the designated area.

• Hold at least one product introduction meeting each week.

• At the beginning of each month, plan the assigned area based on company targets and track progress weekly.

• Guarantee 8 hours of effective visit work each day within the assigned area.

• Business personnel must ensure that both the company and clients can be contacted completely from 8:00 AM to before 10:00 PM.

• Keep the mobile phone powered on within the specified time frame.
