This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage requests for medical records efficiently.
β’ Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume work setting.
β’ Report directly to the Processing Manager.
β’ Provide assistance with overflow processing during peak times or staff shortages.
β’ Adhere to HIPAA regulations while maintaining the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).
β’ Ensure all requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt for designated accounts.
β’ Offer insights regarding request volume and potential issues.
β’ Track incoming requests received through multiple channels.
β’ Execute general office responsibilities.
β’ Report any suspected unauthorized access, usage, or disclosure of PHI to the Privacy Officer or Information Security team.
