This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Professionally and efficiently manage and respond to incoming company calls.

• Determine the urgency and purpose of incoming calls.

• Categorize calls into sales, recruitment, support, or medical/operational channels.

• Connect callers with the right department, team member, or radiologist.

• Accurately take messages and ensure delivery to the appropriate recipient.

• Manage multiple incoming requests while prioritizing effectively.

• Adhere to communication and escalation protocols.

• Act as the primary contact for radiologists requiring support.

• Facilitate communication between radiologists, clinics, hospital systems, technical teams, and internal departments.

• Handle and coordinate calls on behalf of radiologists who are unavailable.

• Receive and direct requests from radiologists, clients, and clinics.

• Accurately convey messages, requests, and information among various parties.

• Escalate urgent or complex issues when necessary.

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in healthcare communications.

• Provide administrative assistance across sales, recruitment, support, medical, and operational teams.

• Coordinate and follow up between different departments.

• Organize requests that involve multiple teams.

• Support daily practice operations.

• Lessen the administrative workload of the Operations Manager.

• Keep organized records of calls, messages, and follow-up actions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in a healthcare or medical setting.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology and workflows.

• Effective communication skills with medical professionals and healthcare organizations.

• Excellent customer service and inbound phone handling abilities.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to listen attentively, comprehend the purpose of a call, and identify the next steps.

• Skill in accurately relaying messages and information across multiple parties.

• Comfortable engaging with radiologists, clinics, hospital systems, technical teams, clients, and internal departments.

• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple calls, requests, and priorities at once.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capacity to remain calm and professional in a high-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to escalate issues appropriately.

• General experience in administrative support.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with various departments.

• Dependable, motivated, and dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality support.

• A strong interest in a stable, long-term remote position.

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

• Ability to handle sensitive healthcare information in a professional and secure manner.

• Willingness to complete required HIPAA and cybersecurity training.

• Previous experience with radiology or teleradiology operations is highly preferred.

• Capability to understand and appropriately coordinate requests involving medical professionals without independently providing clinical guidance.

• Must be proficient in speaking and writing clear, professional English.

• Must possess relevant healthcare, medical, administrative, call handling, or coordination experience.

• Submission of an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding is mandatory.

• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on as required.

• Must consistently work the assigned full-time shift.

• Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA-compliant work practices.

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer is required.

• Stable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps is essential.

• Noise-canceling headset is required.

• Working webcam is necessary.

• A quiet and professional work environment is essential.

• Prior experience with Grasshopper is advantageous; however, Data Health experience is not required.
