This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee a portfolio of payers to guarantee timely processing of collections, aging, and denials.
• Investigate denials and convert them efficiently.
• Assist with billing initiatives and ensure payer regulations are current.
• Process a minimum of 5 claims per hour while achieving high-volume performance standards.
• Conduct month-end reconciliations and offer support to other departments.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly collection targets established by management.
• Uphold stringent internal and external compliance and confidentiality protocols.
• Maintain composure, professionalism, and efficiency in a high call volume setting.
• Engage in virtual meetings with a professional, camera-ready demeanor.
• Medical Collections Experience is essential for consideration.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Insurance Collections (healthcare, medical office, or customer service setting).
• Proficient in overseeing a portfolio of payers to ensure timely processing of collections, aging, and denials.
• Comfortable working towards high-volume performance metrics, processing a minimum of 5 claims per hour.
• Highly detail-oriented to facilitate billing efforts, reduce denials, and keep payer regulations current.
• Competent in basic math and accounting to perform month-end reconciliations and assist other departments.
• Motivated to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly collection objectives set by management.
• Committed to adhering to strict internal and external compliance and confidentiality standards.
• Resilient, able to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a high call volume environment.
• Capable of maintaining a quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise and distractions.
• Ability to participate in virtual meetings with a polished, camera-ready appearance.

• Must have reliable, high-speed internet access.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• High school diploma or GED required.
