This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee daily activities related to dispute management and collections.
• Conduct collection calls to clients concerning overdue invoices.
• Set up payment arrangements with clients.
• Address client account and billing questions via phone and email.
• Review client accounts to verify accuracy of invoices.
• Handle order releases and holds effectively.
• Administer customer claims efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales and other relevant departments.
• Ensure prompt and courteous follow-up on client inquiries.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections is necessary.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of ERP/Dynamics is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to use tact and diplomacy.
• High motivation and a team-oriented approach.
• Skill in performing mathematical operations including fractions, whole numbers, decimals, and percentages.
• Ability to adhere to detailed written and oral instructions.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems swiftly using sound judgment and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft XP, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and data processing/reporting.
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
• Capability to remain seated for prolonged periods at a keyboard or workstation.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
