Credit and Collections Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the documentation, implementation, and periodic review of departmental processes, standards, and policies.

• Execute customer payment processing routines within the ERP system, including bank allocation and document clearing.

• Perform credit bureau inquiries and collect financial and market data.

• Track blocked sales orders and identify customers who have surpassed their credit limits.

• Conduct credit evaluations for new clients and the top 20 largest customers, analyzing their financial status.

• Oversee the collection processes and status managed by a third-party company and/or the Legal department.

• Create management reports on accounts receivable to assist the Finance and Commercial departments.

• Reconcile all accounts by comparing bank statements against data in the ERP system.

• Reach out to delinquent customers to obtain explanations for overdue payments.

• Offer support to customers regarding their accounts receivable.

• Collaborate with various functional areas to integrate credit and collections processes in accordance with policies, standards, and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience in credit analysis, collections, and receivables management.

• Familiarity with SAP.

• Previous experience in credit and collections or accounts receivable is preferred.

• Background in the industrial sector, particularly in pharmaceuticals, is preferred.

• Proficiency in Power BI for supporting analyses and reporting is preferred.
